Fast Life Causes Irregular Digestion

Being human, we have progressed a lot! Speed has taken place everywhere. Fast food is one of the most popular and advantageous output. This has resulted in ingesting foods that one is allergic to which is the most common cause of Leaky gut syndrome or candida. Common allergens like dairy products, wheat, and eggs have contribute to leaky gut. There are many other factors which have contributed as per the list given below:

Routine diet of highly refined sugars and other carbohydrates like candy, cookies, sodas, processed foods and white bread

Habit of excessive alcohol and caffeine like cokes, chocolate, coffee, cocoa

Diet of processed and fermented foods which contain dyes and preservatives like wine, vinegar, soy sauce, tofu, etc.

Excessive usage of antibiotics like antacids

Non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs such as aspirin and ibuprofen

It is worth noting that our intestinal lining replaces itself almost after every 24 hours which means that every cell which compose the lining is digested and a new one takes its place. Thus, if the lining get in touch with the food which irritates its molecular structure, it loses its flexibility and the strength. As a result, the wall of the lining get damaged and the between spaces occur. Bacteria, toxins, and food may now find their way into the bloodstream through this damaged linings of gut.

Now, the bloodstream responds with allergic reactions and inflammation. This condition is the mother of many other diseases since the immune system has overloaded with the toxins that have entered the liver. Out of them Irritable bowel syndrome is very common these days.

It is a chronic gastrointestinal disorder which can be result in following symptoms:

Dryness of mouth

Bad smelling stool

Severe constipation or diarrhea

Stress

However, we can always try and cure the disease once diagnosed. The very common way of doing it is the addition of fiber to the diet. This will promote the regular bowel movements and helps to reduce the constipation. Regular exercise, yoga, hydrotherapy, music therapy are few good tips to fight with the disease. Smoking and excessive alcohol habits should be completely avoided. Also the natural constipation remedies and candida cleanse can help a great deal too.

Rest assured to drink plenty amount of water a day will jeep the disease away! Chew food properly and eat several small meals a day. Avoid spicy and oily food. Avoid gas-producing foods like beans, broccoli, cabbage, and apples.

We are the pioneer of our own health. Along with the healthy diet habits we can fight with diseases. Stay healthy!

The Life of Free Range Egg Farmers video

www.virtualfarmtours.ca Meet Henk and Jennie and hear how they decided to move from Holland to become free range, organic egg farmers in Canada. Transcript Hi. I’m Henk. This is my wife Jennie. I was raised on a dairy farm and born in the Netherlands. Jennie: Hi. I’m Jennie. I didn’t grow up on a farm but I married Henk in the Netherlands and we immigrated here to Canada and we are now egg farmers here. Henk: My sister and my brother in law had already immigrated in 1992 to Canada and had started an organic chicken farm too. Later on, we visited them a couple of times and I thought it would be a nice idea for our family too to start building a barn and start with organic farming. Jennie: Ten years ago we immigrated to Canada with our children Tineke and Wiebren. The very next day after we arrived we started building our chicken barn. Henk: Our whole farm is organic. We grow soybeans, barley, spelt and organic corn. I like to work with small animals and especially organic animals — laying hens. I grew up on a dairy farm but its lots more work. Maybe now I can spend more time with my wife and my family. Jennie: So yes, we have a little bit more time now as a family and with our children and we hope to be grandparents in a few weeks so that’s very exciting for us. We have had a great ten years so far in Canada and hopefully we will have many more good years as egg farmers in Canada.
